We all have unwanted accumulated toxins inside our colon.     Using herbs and herbal solutions or even additives in your diet can clean the colon but may work in a wrong way if you are not aware of the exact quantities, the right proportions and even the inherent nature of the herb. Herbs bought in just any store may contain materials that do not match with your system. It is better to be very careful before you use any supplement. Its usage without supervision or advice from a practitioner can cause major trouble.
