Lack of sleep anxiety is one of the common health ailments of the present generation. About 40 million Americans are reported to be suffering from anxiety at present and about $42 billion is the amount that at is spent for treating the incidence of anxiety every year. Studies have revealed that there is a very close association with anxiety and poor sleep.   •        Narcolepsy – This disease is characterized by sudden falling asleep making the person vulnerable to major accidents.
  •      Restless leg syndrome and bruxism – Individuals suffering from bruxisim experience grinding of teeth in sleep.
